DUOMO Hotel was established in the year 2006. Created by the internationally celebrated designer and architect, Ron Arad this luxury hotel is both exciting and futuristic in its design. DuoMo hotel is situated in the historical center of Rimini and is surrounded by museums, monuments, shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Reception
On arriving at Duomo the guest are offered with a spectacular view. Doors resembling a giant pinball flipper, invite the guest taking them towards a stunning stainless steel ring. This unique sculpture also forms the hotel’s reception desk.
Stay
This hotel features three unique room types such as the Urban, Loop and the Dreaming suites. Every room here has an individually created bathroom pods which create a stunning backdrop for the sleeping area. Every pod serves as a wet room and features teak slatted timber flooring. A huge circular glazed window lets natural light into this space. The exterior of this circular window forms the head of the bed. The designer has used vibrant colors that create a lively mood in every room. There is a good use of alternative materials, unusual shapes and bright color.
Food
The Nomi club is a bar and lounge. It features a large island which has fjord-like scoops that spread outwards from the island’s main structure. This provides a surface for the guest to sit at. The top of this island is made with brushed steel and the sides feature mirror polished steel.
Facilities
Rimini is ideal to relax and unwind. Guests can spend an entire day at this wellness city center.
